- Felony case files: Tarrant County District Clerk criminal desk, 401 W. Belknap Street, Fort Worth, 817-884-1342 or 817-884-1343; the general office lists Monday through Friday hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Class A and B misdemeanor files: County Clerk Criminal Division, 401 W. Belknap Street, second floor, 817-884-1066, open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Arrest, booking, and jail records: Tarrant County Sheriff's Office Records Division, 200 Taylor Street, sixth floor, Fort Worth, 817-884-2942
- State criminal history and personal review: Texas Department of Public Safety Crime Records Division and the FAST fingerprint process through IdentoGO
- Police and incident reports: the sheriff or city police department that authored the report
- Expunction or nondisclosure filings: the court and clerk with authority over the Tarrant County case
